Salespersons & Brokers Qualifying Courses
ALL LICENSING COURSES are designed to prepare the student to obtain a New York State salesperson's or brokers license and meet all the requirements of the Department of State.
Courses have been approved by the New York State Division of Licensing Services.
Our INSTRUCTORS are New York State certified and are current practitioners who are actively working in the Real Estate Profession.
Upon successful completion of course, a "Certification of Satisfactory Completion" and an "Application for License" form will be issued to you.
STUDENT CANCELLATION: If notice is received before first session of class, 100% refund will be given, 50% service charge will be deducted from tuitions paid, after completion of two sessions, and no refund thereafter.
FULL PAYMENT must accompany registration.
